Waiting on the hammer to fall
Eyes on me backed against a wall
All are judges quick to sentence
Toast the day I serve my penance
Seeking for your validation
Only to find a false salvation
Until I’m on my knees again
Begging to forgive my sin
I cannot live in fear of you
Searching for grounds to prosecute
As of now I won’t justify
Where and how I live my life
My worth is never up for trial
Forced to fight for its survival
It wavers not in wrong or right
Steadfast through the day and night
I will crush the stones you throw
Burn the sticks that break my bones
Self-righteous words, I rise above
I am enough
I am enough
